1. Introduction

HYPERTRADE is a non-custodial software interface ("the Interface") operated by LUNATIC WISDOM LABS LLC ("the Company," "we," "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide a graphical window to interact with the Hyperliquid decentralized protocol. This policy explains how we handle your data to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

2. Information We Collect

• Wallet Data: We interact with your public wallet address and on-chain transaction history via the Hyperliquid L1 protocol. We do NOT collect or store your private keys.
• Authentication Data: If you use email or social login, this is managed by our partner, Privy. We only receive a unique identifier/email to manage your session.
• Device & Location Data: We collect your IP address strictly for geofencing compliance (to ensure you are not in a Restricted Jurisdiction) and basic device info (OS, browser type) for performance optimization.
• Usage Data: Anonymous information on Interface interactions (e.g., page views) to help us improve the software experience.

3. How We Use Information

• Maintenance: To keep the Interface functional and resolve technical bugs.
• Compliance: To enforce regional restrictions and geofencing as required by our Terms of Service.
• Security: To detect fraudulent activity or potential exploits and comply with our legal obligations in Wyoming.
• Communication: To provide support and respond to inquiries sent to our help desk.

4. How We Share Information

• We share data with infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, RPC nodes) necessary to run the Interface.
• Privy: Your login data is managed by Privy under their respective privacy policy.
• MoonPay: If you use the fiat on-ramp, MoonPay collects your KYC data independently. We do not store your government ID or bank details.
• Law Enforcement: We may disclose information if required by a valid court order or to comply with Wyoming or US Federal law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account Deletion: You can request to delete your Interface profile. We will scrub your email and usage logs from our internal systems.
• Blockchain Exception: We cannot delete your data from the Hyperliquid L1 or Arbitrum blockchains. On-chain data is permanent and beyond the control of the Company.

6. User Control & Wallet Ownership

You retain 100% control of your assets. The Company has no technical means to access your funds, freeze your wallet, or reverse your transactions.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit, but you are the primary guardian of your security:

• You are solely responsible for protecting your private keys and device access.
• We cannot recover lost funds or compromised wallets.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in regulation (such as MiCA or US Federal law). Continued use of the Interface after an update constitutes acceptance.
