Wallet/Account Information: Public wallet addresses, transaction history, and positions (via Hyperliquid).
Contact Details: If you sign up via email or social login (using Privy), we collect email or social account info to manage access.
Technical Data: IP address, device info, and app usage logs for security and performance.

3. How We Use Information

To enable trading and app functionality via Hyperliquid.
To provide customer support and secure your account.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. How We Share Information

With Hyperliquid: Trading activity, positions, and wallet data are shared as required by the protocol.
With Privy: If you use wallet generation via Privy, your login info is managed by their secure service.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. User Control & Wallet Ownership

You retain full control of your wallet and assets. You can export your private keys via the app settings.
We cannot access, recover, or control your wallet, funds, or positions.

6. Fees & Financial Data

We charge a small fee on top of Hyperliquid's fees. Fee structures are disclosed in the app.
We do not store your credit card or bank details—all transactions occur on-chain.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, but note:

You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot reverse trades or recover assets.

We may update this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
