1. Introduction

HYPERTRADE is a non-custodial software interface ("the Interface") operated by LUNATIC WISDOM LABS LLC ("the Company," "we," "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide a graphical window to interact with decentralized trading protocols and, where available, optional Cash / IBAN account features powered by third-party partners. This policy explains how we handle your data to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

2. Information We Collect

• Wallet Data: We interact with your public wallet address and on-chain transaction history via the Hyperliquid L1 protocol. We do NOT collect or store your private keys.
• Authentication Data: If you use email or social login, this is managed by our partner, Privy. We only receive a unique identifier/email to manage your session.
• Cash / IBAN Account Data: If you apply for Cash features, identity and compliance information (such as government ID, selfie, address, and verification metadata) is collected by SR Saphirstein AG, a FINMA-licensed fintech provider licensed by the Government of Switzerland, and its KYC vendors — not stored as government ID by the Company. We may receive your URID, account status, IBAN details, and transaction summaries to display balances and activity in the Interface.
• UR Account Identifiers: When you link a Cash account, we may store your URID, linked wallet address, selected country of residence, and account provisioning status.
• Device & Location Data: We collect your IP address for geofencing compliance (trading restrictions and, where applicable, Cash eligibility) and basic device info (OS, browser type) for performance optimization. Our fintech provider may also request location during KYC verification.
• Usage Data: Anonymous information on Interface interactions (e.g., page views) to help us improve the software experience.

3. How We Use Information

• Maintenance: To keep the Interface functional and resolve technical bugs.
• Compliance: To enforce regional restrictions and geofencing as required by our Terms of Service, including separate eligibility checks for optional Cash / IBAN features.
• Cash Features: To connect your wallet to UR account services, display IBAN and multi-currency balances, and facilitate top-ups, conversions, card spending, and payouts through our integrated partners.
• Security: To detect fraudulent activity or potential exploits and comply with our legal obligations in Wyoming.
• Communication: To provide support and respond to inquiries sent to our help desk.

4. How We Share Information

• We share data with infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, RPC nodes) necessary to run the Interface.
• Authentication Partners: Privy: Your login data is managed by Privy under their respective privacy policy.
• Payment Processors: MoonPay: If you use the fiat on-ramp for trading, MoonPay collects your KYC data independently. We do not store your government ID or bank details for that flow.
• Fintech Provider: SR Saphirstein AG (FINMA-licensed fintech provider): If you apply for Cash / IBAN features, we share identifiers and session data needed to link your HyperTrade profile, route KYC, and display account information. Identity verification and account servicing are governed by the provider's privacy policy and terms.
• UR (Account Layer): We share technical identifiers (e.g., wallet address, URID) with UR infrastructure to provision and maintain your linked account experience.
• Law Enforcement: We may disclose information if required by a valid court order or to comply with Wyoming or US Federal law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account Deletion: You can request to delete your Interface profile. We will scrub your email and usage logs from our internal systems.
• Blockchain Exception: We cannot delete your data from the Hyperliquid L1, Arbitrum, or Mantle Network blockchains used for trading and UR account activity. On-chain data is permanent and beyond the control of the Company.

6. User Control & Wallet Ownership

• Trading Wallet: You retain control of your self-custody trading wallet. The Company has no technical means to access your private keys, reverse on-chain trades, or recover lost seed phrases.
• Cash / IBAN Account: Optional Cash features are subject to the rules of SR Saphirstein AG, a FINMA-licensed fintech provider licensed by the Government of Switzerland. The provider may restrict card use, pause transfers, or close an account under applicable law and its compliance policies. That is separate from your self-custody trading wallet.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit, but you are the primary guardian of your security:

• You are solely responsible for protecting your private keys and device access.
• We cannot recover lost funds or compromised wallets.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in regulation (such as MiCA or US Federal law). Continued use of the Interface after an update constitutes acceptance.
